Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Bhavishyavaani, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality astrology products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. 1-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you must request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

  • Wrong item received (mandatory unboxing video required)
  • Damaged or defective product (mandatory unboxing video required)

Important Conditions

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
  • Replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval by our team.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, inserts, and original box

2. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement requests will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Size issues (sizes are clearly mentioned in product descriptions)
  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction
  • Product used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Missing original packaging or components
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

3. Partial Prepaid & COD Policy

  • A ₹59 partial prepaid fee for COD orders is non-refundable.
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), this amount can be used as credit for future orders.
  • Customers must verify COD amount before payment.
    Bhavishyavaani is not responsible for overpayment to delivery personnel.

4. 6-Month Replacement Policy (Color Fading)

We provide a one-time replacement within 6 months for color fading issues.

Conditions:

  • Customer must share product photos with our support team.
  • A ₹100 shipping & handling fee (prepaid) is required.
  • Cash on Delivery is not allowed for this fee.
  • Customer may choose to:
    • Return the product at their own cost
    • Or keep it

Not Covered:

  • Damaged or mishandled products

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns are limited and subject to approval.
  • A ₹100 return fee may be applicable (where relevant).
  • Approved returns will be issued as:
    • Store credit (wallet / gift card / discount code)
    • No direct refunds to bank/UPI in standard cases

Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds to original payment method are issued only if:

  • Order is delayed by multiple weeks
  • Customer repeatedly receives incorrect/damaged items

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 4–5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time may vary

6. Prepaid Orders (Delivery Failure)

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect details

Then:

  • Refund will be issued to store wallet after deducting shipping charges

7. Special Product Exceptions

  • No returns/replacements on:
    • Nepali Rudraksha range
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
  • Premium products:
    • No refunds
    • Covered under 6-month replacement policy only

8. Return / Replacement Process

To initiate a request:

  1. Enter order details (Order ID + Phone/Email)
  2. Submit request with:
    • Photos
    • Unboxing video
    • Issue description
  3. If eligible:
    • Return pickup will be arranged
    • Or customer must self-ship (if pickup unavailable)
  4. Product will be inspected after receipt
  5. Upon approval:
    • Replacement or store credit will be issued

9. Important Notes

  • All decisions by Bhavishyavaani support team are final
  • Requests after the policy window will not be entertained
  • Courier return availability depends on location
