- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement
- Customers must raise cancellation requests as early as possible
- Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation request will be accepted under any circumstances
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order details.
- Provide your Order ID and registered contact details
- Cancellation will only be processed after verification
- Requests made through unofficial channels may not be accepted
3. Cancellation Terms by Payment Type
a) Prepaid Orders
- If cancelled before dispatch, the customer will receive a store credit equal to the full order amount
- This credit can be used for future purchases on our website
b) COD Orders with Partial Prepayment
- If a COD order includes a partial prepaid amount (deposit), it is non-refundable
- No credit or refund will be provided for the deposited amount
c) COD Orders without Deposit
- Orders can be cancelled free of cost before dispatch
- No cancellation charges will apply
4. Cancellation Charges
We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders that are eligible and successfully cancelled before dispatch.
5. Important Notes
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy
- Bhavishyavaani reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests
- All decisions by our support team are final
